I. Principle introduction

Linear guides rely on rolling steel balls to move components and fix guide rails.Because the rolling steel ball is suitable for high-speed movement, has a small friction coefficient and high sensitivity, it can meet the working requirements of moving parts, such as the tool holder of the machine tool, the carriage, etc.
In order to support the working parts of the machine tool, a linear guide system has at least four brackets. Used to support large work components, the number of brackets can be more than four.

When linear guides are used in extreme environments, proper selection of wear-resistant and dust-proof parts can effectively prevent impurities such as iron pins and dust from entering the inside of the guide slider, thereby preventing the intrusion of impurities from affecting the accuracy and service life of the linear guide.


3.Positioning linear guide
Positioning linear guide is a linear guide module that integrates linear bearings and position sensors, providing linear guidance and position feedback.

4.Modular platform
A modular platform that integrates the functions of ball screws and linear guides with a U-shaped structure not only provides high rigidity and high precision, but also saves assembly space.
